How do I determine the correct size for rugby boots and jerseys?
Rugby jerseys come in 'Performance Fit' (tight-fitting for matches) and 'Supporter Fit' (looser for casual wear). For boots, we recommend sizing up by a half-size if you wear thick rugby socks. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide on each product page for specific brand measurements.
Do you offer custom team kits and bulk discounts?
Yes! Ruggers Rugby Supply specializes in outfitting clubs, schools, and university teams. We offer custom sublimation for jerseys, shorts, and socks. Bulk discounts start at orders of 15 units or more. Contact our Team Sales department for a personalized quote.
What is your return policy for used equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Due to safety and hygiene standards, mouthguards cannot be returned once the packaging is opened. Boots that have been worn on grass or turf are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
How long does shipping take for domestic and international orders?
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited overnight shipping for last-minute match needs. International shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 7-14 business days via DHL or UPS.
Are your match balls pre-inflated when shipped?
To prevent damage during transit and reduce shipping costs, all rugby balls are shipped deflated. We recommend using a standard pump with a lubricated inflation needle to reach the PSI recommended on the ball's valve.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For registered rugby clubs, we also offer the option to pay via Purchase Order (PO) upon prior credit approval.
